The Folkuniversitetet Study Association conducts popular education and adult education throughout Sweden. Our idea is to provide people with the conditions for a richer life through knowledge and creativity. Knowledge changes. We are looking for you who have the following qualifications:
• Pedagogical understanding or pedagogical experience.
• Subject matter expertise/work experience in the subject.
• Experience and an active interest in adult pedagogy.
• Basic IT skills.
In our courses, each participant works individually with their object under the guidance of the teacher. Components include, among others, seat upholstery, cobblestone upholstery, edge upholstery, and band gluing, depending on the choice of object. Participants will also learn about various tools and upholstery materials.
Folkuniversitetet in Södertälje conducts open course activities in, among other things, the subject area of crafts. We would like to get in touch with you who can work in a study circle format with adults, on a few occasions, weekends with access during the spring of 2026.
We aim to expand our offerings in furniture upholstery.
